Daniel Jenya CDE ’12

Since 2017, Daniel Jenya has been an Economist for the International Monetary Fund in Washington and has worked with The Gambia and Liberia. Before joining the IMF, he worked as an Economist and Team Leader of the Macroeconomic Policy Unit of the Ministry of Finance, Economic Planning and Development in Malawi where he designed and monitored economic and public finance management programs. In 2014, he joined the Minister’s office as an Economic Advisor and contributed to various policy discussions, negotiations and advocacy programs.
